Refresh Dialog Overview
In previous versions of Titan CMS, users would have to do a Refresh Site State after adding tags or after making many changes in the Titan Administration Module. In Titan CMS 7.0, the Nav Refresh is only needed for cached data.
The need to use the Refresh dialog is limited to:
- Refreshing the cached navigation data for the display-side (refreshing list blocks set to use public cache). If you alter navigation-based data (Page Names, Teaser text, Teaser images, Page Urls, Alias Urls, custom Nav fields, Adding or Deleting nodes in the tree, etc) in Content Mgmt module, OR
- Refreshing global settings for the workstation after an external process modifies the AppControlData table (i.e. changing config outside the Wkst application)
