Training

With Titan CMS, you're never on your own!  Our team will make sure your team is comfortable with Titan CMS before your website or other digital initiative goes live.

Basic Titan CMS Training

Our basic training is generally 60-90 minutes long and is conducted by your account director via web conference. We'll record the session so you can share it with others who may not be able to attend. Training will be specific to your Titan CMS instance - using any site-specific templates and real content that may already be available - so that you can hit the ground running.

Post-Training Q&A

After your initial training, we'll schedule time with your team to answer any questions that come up afterward and after you've had some time to get used to the tool. The Q&A will be conducted by your account director via web conference and will last approximately 60-90 minutes. 

Post-Launch Training & Support

Once your website or other digital initiative is live, there are several ways you can get additional training assistance.

  • DocumentationDocumentation is always available on our website to help answer any questions you may have.
  • Help Desk: Contact our Help Desk Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. CT for assistance.
