Fuzzy Searching

Fuzzy searching can be useful when you are searching text that may contain typographical errors, or for text that has been scanned using optical character recognition. When configuring the Fuzzy Searching, it is not recommended to use a setting greater than 4.

• Open your Smart Search Module.
• Select Index.
• Select Admin.
• Scroll to Fuzzy Searching under dtSearch Indexing Information. Select a number from the dropdown.
  
• Click Save in the App Ribbon to continue.
• After saving, click the Nav Refresh button.
