Block an item from being indexed by smart search

1. To block any page or file from being indexed, go to the page’s properties edit tab.
2. Scroll down until you find the Options section.
3. Click to uncheck the box next to “Index Item.”
4. Publish the page to save changes.

Note: Even if the item is not indexed, you can still select it as a featured result or card in the Smart Search Module.
