Auditing Security Settings Using Titan Workstation Filters and Views

There may be times when you want to review your security settings, either to troubleshoot missing display files from your live site, or to ensure content is available. You can create a Custom View to filter content by security level.

1. Select the Globe/Pages or File Pile you'd like to audit content from.
2. Ensure you have selected "Include Children."
3. In the Select a View menu, under Tools, select Create.
   
   
    
4. In the pop-up, select Content and click Create.
   
   
    
5. Select Page Name & Page URL (Under Properties – Names), and Security (Under Display Security) from selectable Fields. Name your view settings. Click Done.
   
   
    
6. In the Filter Results search bar, enter your desired security level to audit. The levels available will be different for each Workstation and can be adjusted via your Titan Admin Settings.
