Workflow and Page History with Rollback allow managers to delegate day-to-day content management while still controlling final approval.

Use the Workflow to set the Author/Editor workflow permissions for your website pages. A default workflow is established at the root level of the website navigation. All pages below the root will inherit this workflow, but it can be overridden. Author's can write and edit content, while Editors can approve and publish pages. 

The workflow tab allows you to set workflow parameters for the page or item. Workflow allows there to be an approval process prior to a page being published 1 to 4 steps. There are several workflow types defined in Titan CMS™ .
